How to Create Talking-Head Videos with AI

Step 1: Choose Your Source Photo

Open your ppl.studio gallery and find the AI UGC photo you want to animate. For the best results:

• The person's face should be clearly visible and front-facing
• Avoid photos where the face is partially hidden by objects or hands
• Photos with a neutral or slightly smiling expression animate most naturally
• Both close-up portraits and waist-up shots work well

Step 2: Write Your Script or Upload Audio

Click “Animate” on your chosen photo. You have two options:

• Text-to-speech — Type your script and choose a voice. ppl.studio offers multiple voice options with different tones and accents. The AI generates the audio and syncs it to the photo's lip movements.
