What is the Text Post workflow?
A text post written for where it goes out. Give the brief — the topic, the goal, the product if there is one, the account it's for — and pick X, Bluesky or LinkedIn. The first line is written to work on its own, because it's all most people read; each post is held to its platform's length as that platform counts it (X counts a link as 23 characters and an emoji as two); a link goes where the platform shows it to the most people — the first reply on X and LinkedIn, under the post on Bluesky. The account's never-say list and tone rules apply, as they do to every script. From any finished video or carousel, the same engine writes its X, Bluesky or LinkedIn post next to its caption.

The Text Post guide
- Step 01~~1 min
Brief it
Say what the post is about, the goal and who it's for; name the product if it has one, and the account it goes out from.
Why this matters: A post with one specific idea for one audience travels; a post about everything reads like an ad.

X, Bluesky or LinkedIn — and a thread length on X or Bluesky.
- Step 02~~20 s
Get it written
The post is written in the account's voice: a first line that works alone, one idea, a concrete detail, the close the platform allows — then checked for banned phrases, AI tells and the brand's never-say list, and held to the platform's length.
Why this matters: Each platform cuts, folds and counts differently; a post written for one reads wrong on another.

Text Post workflow FAQ
Why is the link in a reply?
X and LinkedIn show a post with an outside link to fewer people, so the link goes in the first reply (on LinkedIn, the first comment). Bluesky shows a link card without that penalty, so it goes under the post.
Can it turn my video into a post?
Yes. On any finished video or carousel, the caption box writes the X, Bluesky or LinkedIn post from what the video says, to go out with the video attached.
