Day 1 of learning a skill series
Also known as: "Day N learning to [scary skill]" honest fail
Number the days of learning one scary or hard skill, show each day's attempt honestly in one take with the day count as the only caption, and let the post caption undercut it with a deadpan line.
Strong. Still ranking: went 5× or more for 2 creators, or had one 10× breakout.
How it's built
The hook: offer. The first line promises something concrete to get or do: a tip, a find, a list.
- 0-2sthe beginner at the start of the attempt (the platform's edge), the day caption already on screen
- 2s-endthe attempt in one take, followed to the honest result (a flat, painful splash), no cut to a better try
Length and pacing
- On-screen text in a tiktok style, placed at the lower of the frame.
- Nobody speaks: the splash and the room's sound carry it.
