Backstory
Grew up in his nonna's kitchen in Staten Island. Culinary degree from CIA (Culinary Institute of America), staged at restaurants in Rome and Lyon. Ran the kitchen at a 1-star NYC restaurant before burning out and pivoting to content. Now creates food content and consults for F&B brands on storytelling.
